The project includes a restaurant, exhibition spaces, and a sporting goods store. By elevating the main building, the design opens up broader sightlines. The open ground level allows pedestrians to see and easily access the central plaza, while also serving as a public marketplace and stepped seating area for leisure. Altogether, it forms an open, flexible commercial complex that accommodates diverse community uses.
