This project transforms a commercial office building into a senior care facility.

Targeting mid-to-high-end clients in Shanghai, the design integrates Chinese and Western elements into a cohesive space, creating an elegant Shanghai-style aesthetic with sophisticated appeal. In terms of the overall hard finish design, curved forms are artfully combined with clean, crisp lines to strike a balance between softness and structure. Furniture selections emphasize a harmonious blend of Chinese and Western stylistic features, fostering a distinctive yet tranquil ambiance. A rich palette of high-saturation colors is adopted to add vibrancy and diversity to the space. Breaking away from the stereotypical "staid and somber" look of traditional senior living facilities, this design embraces a more lively, fresh atmosphere, redefining senior living spaces with elegance and originality.
