AESC US KY Campus Office Building

The design objective of this project is to create a tech-integrated and intelligent office environment while facilitating the exchange of scientific research achievements. Flexibility is prioritized in the design of office spaces, with diversified work zones tailored to accommodate different working styles. Meanwhile, the open design of public areas enhances communication, fostering collaboration and the collision of ideas between employees and visitors. The people-oriented spatial layout and comfortable ambient setting combine to craft a pleasant and inspiring workplace for all staff and guests.

To reflect the client’s open corporate culture and its positioning in the precision manufacturing sector, the project emphasizes a sense of solidity, transparency and flexibility in its architectural material selection and stylistic expression. In response to the unique light, cultural and climatic conditions of Kentucky, the design adopts the conceptual framework of airport-style office buildings.
