Zero Carbon Industrial Park
This is Ordos' first zero-carbon industrial park. The design uses the concept of a drawer to shape its form and positive-negative spatial logic, with metal and glass boxes connected to create a structure stretching hundreds of meters across subtle terrain. Elevated and cantilevered sections form entrances, while corridors and terraces establish a dynamic circulation space suited for industrial offices. A central landscape park of approximately 70 mu integrates the architecture with the natural topography.
As the starting block of the zero-carbon industrial park, measures such as BIPV photovoltaic roofing, ENOS smart building systems, air-source heat pumps, and clean energy inputs achieve zero-carbon standards.
