The project is situated on the south side of Puyuan Avenue, Zhengdong New District, Tongxiang, with a total construction area of approximately 74,000 square meters. It is adjacent to Wen'an Road to the east, Binshui Road to the north, Yongning West Road to the west, and Huanhu Avenue to the south, boasting convenient transportation accessibility.

As a comprehensive smart building, Zhenshi Holding Group Headquarters integrates a full lake-view office environment, intelligent office facilities, a five-star self-service restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, an indoor basketball court, an outdoor track and field stadium, a multi-functional conference and celebration center, and an intelligent exhibition center. Since its completion, the building has become a new landmark of Tongxiang City.
