Tencent XY Apartments

Guided by a “sunlit, vibrant, and healthy” philosophy, we redefine the relationship between city and people through innovative design. Optimized traffic flow, fluid plazas, and elevated spaces integrate with the coastal park, fostering an open public environment. In buildings under six stories, a continuous zigzag structure encourages neighborly interaction, with varied balcony sizes creating engaging “balcony life.” Seaview apartments feature a forked layout to optimize privacy and light, with small communal spaces and scenic staircases forming a “micro-cluster” ambiance. Carefully planned homecoming routes embrace nature, infusing even 30-square-meter apartments with healing qualities, addressing urban, operational, and individual needs.
