Located at the central axis of Fenghuang Lake CBD in Tongxiang, China Jushi Technology Center faces Fenghuang Lake Park to the south and is adjacent to the CBD Central Park to the east. It was officially put into use in May 2022. The main building consists of two towers (120m and 60m in height) with unobstructed views of the lake to the south. A 2-story activity center connects the two towers, forming a "┏┫" - shaped structure with the main tower, auxiliary tower, and aerial activity center. This layout maximizes the viewing facade, optimizes flexibility in spatial division and combination, enhances operational adaptability, and improves service efficiency.
