As Zhejiang Province’s first large-scale wellness complex and the nation’s pioneering urban-center wellness integrated development, the project encompasses diverse formats including senior apartments, commerce, hotels, medical aesthetics, and sports rehabilitation.

Three core design strategies were adopted:

Independent Operation via Traffic Organization: Rational traffic flow planning enables each business format to operate independently, reducing operational costs while enhancing community openness.
Life-Oriented Scene Construction: Reflecting on the tendency of community supporting facilities to become "functional props," the design allows seniors to wander freely across the entire community, fostering extensive neighborhood connections.
Adaptable Function & Format Expansion: The design incorporates conditions for functional transformation and business expansion, endowing the community with growth potential. This ensures seniors keep pace with social development, forming a senior care community that engages in positive interaction with society.
