Liantou Ningyue Liangyuan Elderly Care Community

Located in the Science-Education and Wellness Sector within the overall planning of Wutong Lake Smart Health City, this project is positioned as a world-class health-oriented living destination that integrates health and healing, elderly care community life and parent-child co-construction. An elderly care community is never a "confining space". Its development requires integration with the city, and it also serves as a crucial distinctive supporting facility for the future city.

Guided by the core concepts of "Sunshine, Nature, Dynamic Openness and Cultural Heritage", the project highlights three key features—"Stroll-worthy", "Entertaining" and "Vibrant"—in its overall planning. Adopting a "twin-axis and multi-core" layout, it realizes the orderly integration of the commercial block and the elderly care community, blurs the community boundaries and enhances the openness between the community and the city.
