International Energy Headquarters Project

As Nanjing's first carbon-neutral industrial park project, it features "new energy" and "sustainability" as core attributes. The design integrates surrounding green spaces into the overall planning, with blurred boundaries allowing the park to serve as an integral part of the urban public environment, forming an open and ecological city-level industrial park.

The design prioritizes long-term operational flexibility: the open environment and commercial facilities benefit the surrounding area, complemented by a refined facade system rooted in industrial aesthetics and leisure-oriented public spaces.

Multiple green energy-saving measures are adopted in building materials, technologies, and environmental engineering to promote sustainable development. This project aims to become a new model of industry-city integration, focusing on industrial office functions while synergizing with the development of the surrounding area.
