The first integrated medical-care-residential community in Nanjing.

As the first comprehensive elderly-care land parcel integrating "residential accommodation, elderly care and medical services" in Nanjing, this project has been developed into the city’s first medical-care combined senior apartment complex, positioning itself as a high-end urban all-age elderly care community. With a total gross floor area of approximately 180,000 square meters, it consists of several functional modules, namely "aging-friendly residences, active senior apartments, nursing home, rehabilitation hospital and Oriental Clubhouse". Among them, the nursing home is reconstructed and expanded from the existing rehabilitation building on the site.
