Lijia Smart Park Innovation Center

Located in the West Zone of Lijia Smart Park Innovation Center, Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, the project covers a total land area of 25.6 hectares. It comprises 18 modular towers, primarily functioning as incubation and office spaces. The project aims to maximize the display of Chongqing’s modern urban style while providing intelligent and high-end office environments and services.

A podium system is arranged at the base of the towers, integrating the ground level, green corridors, atriums, and terraces into a vertically and horizontally connected three-dimensional garden system. This creates a locality-specific platform for living, entrepreneurship, and social leisure. Extensive elevated spaces on the ground floor connect the building bases with the central green corridor, forming an unobstructed 66.7-hectare (1,000 mu) original ecological activity area. This design restores the site’s native environment and constructs a harmonious ecological foundation for both humans and biodiversity.

Guided by the concept of "vertical zonation," the project organically overlays three core elements: "Smart Valley" (industry), "Vibrant Community" (people), and "Wild Terrain" (nature). Adopting an innovative industrial park spatial form, it recreates the unique mountainous urban characteristics of Chongqing. By synergizing individuals, enterprises, industries, technology, the city, and natural ecology, the project will form a more forward-looking industrial ecological community.
