The WA China Architecture Awards were officially announced in mid-February 2026.The project “Seaside Pavilion on Chaishan Island” by GN Architects has been awarded the Excellent Award in the WA Design Experiment Award category.

The winners of the National "Good House" Design Competition, hosted by the Ministry of Construction and co-organized by the Architectural Society of China and the China Association of Surveying and Design, were recently announced. Of the more than 2,000 entries, 83 projects were selected as winners. GN Architects' work "Lian Tou Yan Yu Guang Nian" project, a health and wellness project, won an Excellence Award.

The results of the 2025 Shanghai Urban Renewal Excellent Demonstration Project and Science and Technology Progress Award were recently announced. GN Architects' wellness project, "Dajiabaoxian Care & Nursing Home, Tianjin," won the Excellent Demonstration Project Planning and Design Award. The project is a renovation of the Tianjin Victoria Garden Building, which was originally built in 1934, and is the first case in China of renovating a century-old cultural heritage building into a senior living apartment.

2025年度“上海市城市更新优秀示范项目和科技进步奖”评审结果于近日公布，GN栖城设计康养作品“大家的家·天津泰安道城心社区”荣获优秀示范项目规划设计类奖项。项目由始建成于1934年的天津维多利亚花园大楼改造而成，是全国首例百年文保建筑改造养老公寓的更新案例。

On December 17, 2025, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) announced the jury results of the First RIBA Asia Pacific Awards at the RAFA Celebration venue in Shenzhen. "Seaside Pavilion on Chaishan Island, Zhoushan", a work by GN Architects, won the Final Award in the Temporary Architecture category of this awards program.

In July 2025, Wallpaper* magazine, a globally renowned design media outlet, interviewed Mr. Guan Yiqun, Managing Partner and Principal Architect of GN Architects, and visited two representative health and wellness community projects located in the suburbs of Shanghai: the newly opened Shanghai Joyful Community and Wellness Town and the already mature Shanghai Yiheyuan Elderly Service Center.

The "House of the Future 2024/2025" design competition, promoted by the UAE government, recently announced its final winners. GN Architects' work ranked among the top 3 globally in this competition, making them the first Chinese team to win in the competition's history. The winning design has been included in the UAE's national catalogue of housing designs and will soon be implemented throughout the UAE.

阿联酋“2024/2025 未来之屋House of the Future”设计竞赛于近日公布最终获奖名单，GN栖城设计的作品获得本次竞赛全球TOP3，同时也是该竞赛历史上首次获奖的中国团队。竞赛由阿联酋谢赫·扎耶德住房计划署与穆罕默德·本·拉希德政府创新中心共同主办，GN栖城设计创作的优胜方案Flexi Courts被纳入阿联酋国家住房设计目录，即将在阿联酋全境落地实施。
